The monthly ER schedule, built in minutes instead of days.
RosterDr generates constraint-aware schedules for physicians and advanced practice providers across every site you staff, collects availability by text message, and gives providers a portal for swaps, open shifts, and timecards.
Built for multi-site emergency medicine groups.
Everything between "who is available" and "payroll is done."
RosterDr replaces the spreadsheet, the group text, and the end-of-month reconciliation with one system that knows your rules.
Multi-site auto-generation
One click builds the month across every hospital, honoring credentials, unavailability, shift targets, consecutive-day limits, and per-provider rules.
Availability by text
Providers reply to a text in plain language. RosterDr reads the reply, records days off and preferences, and confirms what it understood.
Credential tracking
Licenses, privileges, and certifications per site with expiry alerts. A provider without a current credential is never placed at that hospital.
Swaps and open shifts
Providers request swaps, ask for coverage, or claim open shifts from their phone. Admins approve with the staffing rules checked for them.
Payroll and timecards
Hourly and shift rates, holiday pay, shift bonuses, and provider sign-off on timecards. Export the month to CSV or PDF when it is approved.
Review before publish
Every schedule moves from draft to review to published, with an issues panel, review notes, undo, and an audit trail of every change.
Four steps, once a month.
Set up your sites
Add hospitals, shifts, minimum staffing, and your providers with their credentials and standing rules.
Collect availability
RosterDr texts each provider for the coming month, or they submit it in the portal. Replies are recorded automatically.
Generate and review
Build the schedule, scan the issues panel, drag to adjust, and leave notes for a second reviewer.
Publish and notify
Publish once. Providers get their shifts by text, email, and push, and can add the month to their calendar.
Admins run it. Providers live in it.

How RosterDr uses SMS
Text messaging is optional and is turned on by your organization's scheduling administrator. Here is what to expect.
When your organization enables SMS, RosterDr sends messages from a dedicated number for scheduling purposes only: a request for your availability before each schedule is built, a notice when the schedule is published, reminders before your shifts, and confirmations of swap, coverage, and time-off requests.
You can reply in your own words. For example, "I can't work the 5th through the 10th and I'd prefer nights" is recorded as unavailable days plus a preference, and RosterDr texts back what it understood. Reply DONE when you have finished sending availability.
Consent is collected in the provider portal: you enter your own mobile number in your profile, then check a box on the Settings page stating that you agree to receive SMS text messages from RosterDr about your schedule. The box is unchecked until you check it, texting is optional and never a condition of employment or of using RosterDr, and you can uncheck it at any time or reply STOP to any message.
